I recently bought some 15mm Napoleonic buildings from JR Miniatures, coutesy of Magister Militum at 'Call to Arms'.   These are very reasonably priced but slightly smaller 15mm buildings.  They are ideal for rules where the groundscale is quite large such as Too Fat Lardies 'Le Feu Sacre'. Figures are Essex Miniatures 15mm from my own collection.
